Holy Francois Xavier

Holy Francois Xavier

One calls upon this famous saint against the cancer of the kidneys and to obtain the conversion of the sinners who are expensive to us.
Holy Francois Xavier was the apostle of the Indies and Japan. Born in 1506, he made brilliant studies with the college Holy-Bores in Paris and taught philosophy. His pride was large.
Having become acquainted with Saint Ignace of Loyola, he was touched by the grace and pronounced his wishes in 1534.
Sent by Saint Ignace on mission to the Indies, he baptized there an incalculable number of infidels in spite of the difficulty of the languages. But God cured him by giving him the gift of the languages; he operated miracles without number; ressuscita of died and triumphed over all the difficulties. He died in 1552, whereas he thought of returning to Europe. But his mission was finished and God recalled to him this served’s saint.

INVOCATION
By the merits of Holy Francois Xavier, Lord, and have regard to the suffering of your servant, cure me, I beg you. By Jesus-Christ Our-Lord. Amen.
Holy Francois Xavier, very powerful intercessor for all those which call upon you and to obtain the conversion of the sinners, request unceasingly for us.

SPEECH
That which received less, should be afflicted, neither to complain, nor to conceive desire against those which received more, but rather to look at only you, and to rent of all his heart your kindness, always ready to spread his gifts so abundantly, so free, without meaning of anybody. All comes from you, and thus you must be rented of all. You know what it’s advisable to give to each one; why this one receives more, this other less; it’s not with us that this understanding belongs, but with you, who weigh all the merits. This is why, Lord my God, I look at as a singular grace that you granted few of these gifts to me which appear with-outside, and which attract the praises and the admiration of the men. And, certainly, by considering my indigence and my abjection, far from in being cut down, conceiving any sorrow, no sadness of it, I must rather feel a soft consolation, a great joy; because you chose, my God, for your friends and your servants, the poor, the humble ones, those which the world mistakes. Such were your apostles, whom you established princes on all the ground. Amen.
